1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisionPrompt (visionprompt.org), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms apply to anyone who uses any of the tools on this site, regardless of whether you have visited before.

2. Description of Service

VisionPrompt is a free toolkit of AI-powered tools for image creators — including image-to-prompt generators for Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Gemini, ImageFX, and Nano Banana, plus tools for captions, alt text, hashtags, product descriptions, ad copy, color palettes, and prompt engineering (enhance, rewrite, analyze, expand, shorten, translate, generate negative prompts, generate style prompts, generate prompts from text). The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

The AI features are powered by Google’s Gemini API. Image analysis quality, response time, and availability depend on Google’s infrastructure and may vary.

3. No Accounts, No Signup

VisionPrompt does not require an account or login. There is no signup, no password, no premium tier, and no payment. All tools are accessible to any visitor. Because there are no accounts, you do not need to “delete” anything to stop using the service — simply close the tab.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VisionPrompt only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload images containing illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Upload images you do not have the right to use, such as copyrighted material you do not own or have a license for
• Use the tools to generate prompts intended for creating harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or sexually explicit content involving real people without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to call the tools at scale beyond normal interactive use
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

We reserve the right to block IPs or refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.

5. Your Content and Generated Output

Images and text you upload

You retain all rights to the images and text you submit to our tools. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to send your input to Google’s Gemini API for the duration of each request. We do not store your input after the request returns.

Generated prompts and outputs

The prompts, captions, descriptions, hashtags, alt text, and other text outputs generated by our tools are provided for your use. We make no claim of ownership over generated outputs. You are free to use them however you wish, subject to:

• The terms of service of any AI image generator you paste prompts into (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Google’s Imagen, etc., each have their own usage rules)
• Applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction

6. Our Intellectual Property

The VisionPrompt name, logo, website design, page copy, and underlying code are the property of VisionPrompt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site itself, but you are welcome to share links and to use generated outputs as described in Section 5.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Notably, uploaded images and text are processed in real time by Google’s Gemini API and are not stored on our servers.

8. Disclaimers

VisionPrompt is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time
• Generated prompts, captions, or other outputs will be accurate, useful, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will be free from bugs or that issues will be corrected

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, biased content, or unexpected results. Always review outputs before relying on them, and never use AI-generated content where accuracy is critical (legal advice, medical advice, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionPrompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is offered free of charge, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

10. Third-Party Services

VisionPrompt relies on third-party services that have their own terms and privacy practices, including Google (Gemini API, Analytics, AdSense, Tag Manager), Cloudflare (hosting), and Web3Forms (contact form delivery). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. By using VisionPrompt you also agree to their respective terms when their services are invoked.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator’s jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through informal contact first, and through arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction if informal resolution fails.
